Material is Copper and Aluminium

Conductivity is Copper – 99.7% IACS Aluminium – 61.2% IACS (1050).

Finish is Bright Natural

Aluminium Barrel is friction welded to the Copper Palm thus achieving the best possible transition between barrel & palm.

Aluminium barrel closed by a protective cap is covered inside with neutral grease for a better Electrical contact & also to avoid oxidation of the Aluminium.

Can be applied for aluminium to copper terminations up to 36kv

Blank terminal palms available on request.

Smaller Ø stud hole and larger Ø stud hole available on request.

Reverse Bi – Metal (aluminum palm, Copper barrel) Lugs manufactured to approved order quantities
